  2. Returns: Wait for delivery, then ship back unopened items with a 15% restock fee.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact Cavocslin at contact@cavocslin.com within 24 hours. Orders are shipped on the same day, so cancellation becomes challenging once processed. Please note that we do not process cancellations on weekends. If you are unable to cancel, you may consider declining the package upon delivery or following our return policy Refunds typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's transfer process.

General Return Process

Once your order has been processed and shipped, if you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Click here to print and fill out the return request form, mail your unopened merchandise back to us, and add a 15% restock fee to the payment of your return request.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update at contact@cavocslin.com.

 For Defectives:

We offer a 1-year waranty for our products for exchange or replacement.Click here to claim the warranty online and contact our customer service to learn more about how to troubleshoot any issues. Please make sure to provide your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
